Rhiannon (SHE/HER)

Occupational Therapist

Rhiannon is an Occupational Therapist from New Zealand, who is passionate about creating safe, supportive, and meaningful spaces for young people and their families. She values connection and works collaboratively with families to understand and support what matters to them most.

Using a child-led, strengths-based, and neuro-affirming approach, Rhiannon values building strong therapeutic relationships and working collaboratively to provide holistic and individualised support. Rhiannon enjoys supporting young people to build confidence, participation, and independence in everyday life through play, connection, and meaningful experiences.

Rhiannon has previously worked across a variety of settings, including paediatrics and mental health services, in locations throughout New Zealand, Melbourne, rural New South Wales, and rural Western Australia. After a year of backpacking through Latin America, Rhiannon is now living and working in Tasmania. These experiences have shaped her flexible, holistic, and family-centred approach to therapy.

Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys being in nature, spending time in the bush and at the beach, whenever possible. She also loves good coffee, good food, and spending time with her loved ones.
