The One Session System, we want to keep it practical and tailored.

What is it?
A 4 session, live, closed-group program (90 minutes per session) that gives you the mindset and method to make every contact count. I want you to help to reduce wait times for people needing help, intervene earlier, and improve outcomes for our communities. 

Who is The One Session System group for?
Private practice directors, clinical leaders and individual therapists who have watched the introductory webinar or attended the recent conference presentation on single session work and are ready to implement.

 What will you get?

At the start- a 30-minute 1:1 consult with me to tailor the model to your context so that I know exactly where you're coming from. 

 Live online training with me(4 x 90 mins)covering all the steps of running a single session service with real examples from paediatric and family-inclusive practice. 

 Unlimited phone/email support between live online sessions to keep momentum over 4 months! 

 Workbook + plug-and-play templates: questionnaires, session guides, note templates, email communications and scripts.

 Implementation checklists for policy, documentation, and team roll-out. 

 To finish- a 30 min consult 1:1 two months after our live sessions to check in, ask any further questions and reflect on how far you've come!

LIVE program flow

Session 1 — Foundations: revising what SST is (and isn’t), mindset and reframing time. The work up to the session, leaning into the set up phase to maximise the impact. 

Session 2 — Session Mechanics part 1: the therapy frame, contracting the session, facilitation of the session skills and how to ask really great questions. 

Session 3 — Session mechanics part 2: how to finish a session, the reflection point, the collaboration and setting the where to from here. 

Session 4 — The follow up: how to write an effective summary for the client, what to do at the follow up and mapping the next steps. 

 Bonus OPTIONAL one hour session for practice owners: Billing, data to track, onboarding your team in the work, ways to pivot to this model. To be held after the final live group session on the 16th January 11:30-12:30pm.
