Fees vary depending on funding eligibility and requests for service. Rebates are available for specific mental health concerns under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Scheme (BAMHS). Your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist will assess if you are eligible to access this scheme. It is likely that you will need to book a double appointment with your GP to write a plan. Rebates vary depending on the service and duration of appointment.

Some private health funds provide rebates for Occupational Therapy, the rebates vary depending on your cover and your health fund. Please note you cannot use private health and BAMHS funding together.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 48hrs (2 business days) prior to your appointment. After this time you will be charged fees. Exact fees are discussed with you at your first appointment and are within our service agreement. Exceptional circumstances will be considered.
