GEORGIA (SHE/HER)

Mental Health Occupational Therapist

Georgia is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist. She graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy after previously completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Cognitive Neuroscience). Georgia previously worked in the public health network in both inpatient and community settings in both metro and rural areas of South Australia before moving to Hobart.

Georgia is passionate about the power of the outdoors, and the impact of creative and meaningful occupations on a person’s wellbeing. She enjoys exploring the interests of others and supporting them to achieve their goals through Trauma-Informed, sensory, holistic and neuro-affirming approaches. Georgia is also a trained yoga instructor, completing her training in Northern India earlier this year.

Georgia enjoys being outdoors herself, finding her downtime being split between anything active or creative such as boxing, hiking, yoga or drawing, or hanging out with her friends and family.
