MITCHELL (HE/HIM)
Occupational Therapist
Mitchell is an Occupational Therapist with hands-on experience in a dynamic hospital environment. Throughout his time in the hospital setting, Mitchell has built a solid foundation in assessing needs, supporting rehabilitation, and helping individuals regain independence in meaningful aspects of their daily lives.
Inspired by a long-standing passion for working with young people, Mitchell is now transitioning into paediatrics. His enthusiasm for this area of practice grew from his experience as a swim teacher and coach, where he spent years building trust, confidence, and skills in children of all ages. Through those roles, he discovered how rewarding it is to support children in developing their capabilities, overcoming challenges, and celebrating their achievements.
Mitchell is committed to providing family-centred, strengths-based care and to creating supportive, engaging environments where young people can thrive. He is excited to apply his clinical skills, empathy, and energy to paediatric Occupational Therapy as he continues to grow in this meaningful and impactful field.
Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys being on pool deck coaching, spending time with friends and family or being active by kicking a football, playing squash or going to the gym.
